Nurses Say on Short Staffing

Just to think 1 nurse for 32 residents, 1 aide for 16 residents..and sometimes it is worse than this. The elderly in a nursing home are there because obviously they need a higher level of care. This is so unreasonable to have these ratio's. And remember, the nurse has at least 2 med passes, that does not leave time for much else. Here is what nurses have to say.
