• Families need our help! The long-term care system for our elderly is broken and  does not always give them the care they require.

  -Elderly Advocates strives to improve care, person by person, until this crisis no longer exists, the need is there, and cannot wait!

• We need your help to get information and resources out to families! More and more adult children, especially those of baby boomers, are feeling hopeless and helpless in getting their parents the care they require.

• -Elderly Advocates educates and provides resources to families to empower them to make the best decisions they can for their loved ones.

• We currently rely on public donations and corporate partners to sustain this much-needed Ohio organization..

  -Elderly Advocates does not accept grants that would limit or stop our ability to address the issues that exist and are often ignored.

• Being a community partner shows your support of our elders maintaining their dignity, being respected and getting the care they require.

• Educating about the benefits of having family councils in long-term care facilities. Providing step-by-step instructionson how to start one.

• Offering direct support and networking opportunities with peers in similar situations.

• Providing information and resources to those who need assistance finding services or programs available for homecare.
