Article 3 Lists Camera Law Passed in MN Recently

This recetnly passed Law in MN iincluded Camera's in Article 3. This is one of the model’s Ohio should be following in their effort to get Cameras. There were also laws passed for Assisted Living including they are required to be licensed, which they were not up until this time. We should compare our Assisted LIving Laws to what they just passed and see how we measure up in that area as well. The law passed can be read in it’s entirety here.
