Update from CMS SFF (Special Focus Facilities) September 2022 - All States
Use this CMS list to know which facilities to avoid and mark off your consider list! This is the latest update from CMS on SFF listings. It shows who is on the watch list, who is next to get on it and who has improved. This update is for all states. They only have spots for so many facilities to be on the top watch list and the ones next in line should probably be on there if they had additional spots to list them.
