They kept families out to protect the residents from COVID. However, they have proven they cannot protect them, the amount of deaths show that. But while they could only worry about COVID, and take away staffing requirements with no plan to avoid short staffing, the residents have greatly suffered from poor care and neglect. The ER reports substantiate that. We failed them and continue on this failing path.
