Thank You Long-Term Care Facilities!

We have heard some awesome reports from our followers that the long-term care facilities were awesome in communicating and updating families this last week with so many changes rapidly happening! The facilities informed the families through phone calls and letters which started a very stressful situation in a good direction

We also heard from a family who said they were easily allowed to talk on the phone with their loved one. Another one said they could communicate through facetime.

This was a heartwarming to get so much good feedback. We appreciate the facilities that did what they could to keep in touch with families and helped some not worry as much.

Maybe some good will come out in this that starts better communication with families and facilities. We hope so.
