It appears that much in the news lately about Medicare making some drastic changes on Supplement Payments for Medicaid Resdents in facilities. Long Overdue. More conditions should be made to receive these payments such as reasonable staffing to recevie these payements. New York Nursing Homes have already filed a lawsuite to fight this.
