Across the Board Policy and Procedures Are Needed

In living a new normal now, through this crisis basic policy and procedures are needed in long-term care. Resident’s Rights must be protected as much as possible. We understand exceptions and special circumstances will exist. However a bonafide reason should be required before banning a Hospice Company that takes many good precautions in who they send into a facility.
