We took away staffing requirements, with no effort to find ways to avoid it

Many residents and their families complaining of not getting water and dehydrating

Poor quality of food, and sometimes no help for those that can’t feed themselves, seeing much weight loss

Many resident’s obtaining UTI’s

No effor to find a way for the families to assist in giving care when the facility could not.

Some being told too bad they don’t have working hearing aids. They go months without being able to hear and communicate.
